Change of Mind Returns
It's important to us that you love your new LACOJOLIÉ companion. If it's not quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused, in its original condition, in original packaging (including dust bags, and any BONUS gifts).
Please send an email to contact@lacojolie.com with details of your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details of the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, less any shipping costs, within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@lacojolie.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Return Instructions
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the appropriate return shipping address. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item has been incorrectly shipped or faulty.
